1. Scope
These Creator & Affiliate Terms apply to participation in the KERAUN Creator Network and related affiliate collaborations operated through Shopify Collabs or another platform designated by KERAUN.
Participation is subject to approval by KERAUN. An application does not create any entitlement to acceptance, campaigns, samples or paid collaborations.
2. Creator relationship
Approved creators act as independent partners and not as employees, commercial agents or legal representatives of KERAUN. Creators are responsible for complying with the legal, tax and platform requirements applicable to their own activity.
3. Commission
The current standard creator commission advertised for the KERAUN Creator Network is 15% on qualifying attributed sales.
Attribution, eligible transactions, commission calculation, reporting and payment processing follow the applicable Shopify Collabs programme settings and platform records.
No commission is owed on transactions that are cancelled, fully refunded, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred or otherwise invalid. Where a commission has already been credited for such a transaction, it may be reversed.
KERAUN may change the commission rate for future transactions. Changes do not retroactively reduce commission already validly earned before the effective date of the change.
4. Community discount
Approved creators may receive a community discount code or referral offer. The current standard community discount advertised by KERAUN is 10%.
Discounts may be subject to exclusions, minimum order values, campaign periods, product restrictions or other conditions communicated by KERAUN or shown in the store.
Codes may not be sold, transferred, published on coupon aggregation sites or used in a misleading manner.
5. Advertising disclosure
Creators must clearly disclose any commercial relationship with KERAUN whenever required by applicable law or platform rules.
A commission link, discount code, gifted product, payment or other benefit may create a commercial relationship that requires disclosure.
The disclosure must be clear, prominent and understandable before or at the point where the promotional content is viewed. Where German rules apply, labels such as “Werbung” or “Anzeige” should be used where required. A discount code or affiliate link alone does not replace a required advertising disclosure.
Creators must also use any mandatory branded-content or paid-partnership tools provided by the relevant platform where required.
6. Content and brand representation
Creators must represent KERAUN truthfully and must not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about KERAUN, its products, prices, availability, delivery times or promotions.
Creators must not publish unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, defamatory, deceptive or otherwise seriously harmful content in connection with the KERAUN collaboration.
Creators may not impersonate KERAUN, register confusingly similar domains or accounts, or present themselves as authorised to make commitments on behalf of KERAUN.
7. Paid advertising, search and coupon activity
Unless KERAUN gives prior written approval, creators may not purchase search advertising on KERAUN trademarks, run paid advertisements that appear to originate directly from KERAUN, or use affiliate links or codes in unsolicited bulk messages, spam or deceptive traffic-generation methods.
8. Content rights
Participation in the Creator Network does not by itself transfer ownership of a creator’s content to KERAUN and does not automatically grant KERAUN paid advertising rights, whitelisting rights or unrestricted commercial usage rights.
Any additional content usage rights, paid-media rights, exclusivity or specific deliverables must be agreed separately between KERAUN and the creator.
9. Samples and campaigns
Products, samples or campaign opportunities are provided only where separately offered or agreed. Receipt of a sample does not guarantee further paid work or continued participation in the Creator Network.
Campaign-specific instructions, deadlines, deliverables and additional terms communicated in writing form part of the respective campaign agreement.
10. Returns, cancellations and abuse
KERAUN may reject or reverse commission relating to refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, manipulated or abusive transactions, including self-referrals or artificial orders intended primarily to generate commission or discounts.
11. Suspension and termination
Either party may end the collaboration for future activity. KERAUN may suspend or terminate participation immediately in the event of fraud, serious misuse, misleading advertising, legal violations, repeated non-compliance with campaign requirements or material harm to the KERAUN brand.
Termination does not affect valid commission already earned before termination, subject to later refunds, chargebacks or other invalidating events.
12. Programme changes
KERAUN may modify the Creator Network, commission structure, discount structure, eligibility criteria or these terms for future activity. Material changes will apply prospectively and may be communicated through Shopify Collabs, email or another appropriate channel.

14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to any mandatory legal protections that cannot validly be excluded.
