Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through the KERAUN online store.

Your contractual partner is:

KERAUN
Owner: Angelos Topalidis
Kutzbergerweg 4
88400 Biberach an der Riß
Germany

Email: contact@keraun.shop

2. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not itself constitute a binding contractual offer.

By completing the ordering process and activating the corresponding order button, the customer submits a binding order.

The contract is concluded when KERAUN confirms the order electronically or dispatches the goods.

3. Prices and payment

The prices displayed in the online store at the time of ordering apply.

KERAUN applies the German small-business VAT exemption under § 19 UStG. German VAT is not charged or shown separately on KERAUN invoices. Import taxes, customs duties or other destination-country charges may still apply where relevant.

Any additional shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Pre-orders

Products marked as PRE-ORDER are pre-orders.

For COLLECTION 001, dispatch preparation is expected to begin from 1 November 2026.

The purchase price may become due when the pre-order is placed.

If the announced dispatch date is materially delayed, we will inform the customer of the revised expected dispatch date and of available cancellation or refund options.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Available delivery countries, shipping methods, delivery times and shipping costs are shown in the store or before the order is completed.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of KERAUN until payment has been made in full.

7. Statutory rights for defects

The statutory rights relating to defects apply to the goods offered.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Right of Withdrawal information.

9. Liability

KERAUN is liable without limitation for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

For slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability applies in accordance with the statutory provisions and is limited to the typically foreseeable damage.

Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

10. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory provisions of the law of the country of their habitual residence.

11. Consumer dispute resolution

KERAUN is not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Contract language

The contract language is German. Translations of the store may be provided to facilitate understanding.
