PRE-ORDER

Products from COLLECTION 001 are offered as pre-orders. Dispatch preparation is expected to begin from 1 November 2026.

GERMANY

Standard shipping: €5.99
Free standard shipping for orders of €79.00 or more.
Express shipping: €9.99

EUROPEAN UNION

Standard shipping: €13.99

INTERNATIONAL

Standard shipping: €19.99 for countries available at checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES

The estimated delivery time applicable to the selected delivery address and shipping method is shown before the order is completed.

For pre-orders, the delivery period begins only after the announced dispatch phase has started.

Orders are produced and fulfilled through our production and fulfilment partners. International shipments may therefore require additional transit and customs processing time.

TRACKING

Where available for the selected shipping method, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

PRE-ORDER DELAYS

If a pre-order cannot be dispatched within the announced timeframe, we will inform the customer of the revised expected dispatch date and of any available cancellation or refund options.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES AND FEES

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other import-related fees may apply.

Where such charges are collected during checkout or handled through the applicable fulfilment or import process, this will be reflected accordingly. Any charges not collected in advance may be payable by the recipient in accordance with the rules of the destination country.
